1.1. This document is an official offer by the operator of the IN MY FRIDGE service (the Operator) to enter into an agreement for the use of the Telegram bot "IN MY FRIDGE" (the Bot, Service) on the terms set out below.
1.2. Use of the Bot (including registration, sending photos, requesting recipes, proceeding to payment) constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms by the user (the User). Payment for a subscription constitutes acceptance of the offer with respect to paid plans.
1.3. The Service allows users to: submit a photo of products (e.g. fridge contents), receive a recognised list of ingredients and, on that basis, personalised recipe suggestions (including a "what to buy" option and delivery partner buttons where available). Features and limits depend on the selected plan.

2.3. Prices by country are shown in the Bot when selecting a plan. For the Russian Federation, paid plans are paid only with Telegram Stars at fixed prices: Lite — 200 Stars, Standard — 350 Stars, Max — 500 Stars. In other countries, prices are shown in local currency; when paying with Stars, the same rates apply.
3.1. Russian Federation: only Telegram Stars payment is available.

3.3. Tapping a payment button constitutes agreement to these terms, consent to personal data processing and acceptance of the Service's privacy policy.
3.4. After successful payment, the subscription is activated for the chosen plan. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the payment providers' (Stripe, Telegram) rules and applicable law.
4.1. The Service runs a referral programme: the User may invite others via a unique referral link provided in the Bot.
4.2. Linking: the "who invited whom" link is set only on the invited user's very first launch of the Bot. After the first start, the referee cannot be reassigned.
4.3. Bonus accrual: the referrer receives a bonus in Telegram Stars only once — when the invited referee completes their first ever paid subscription.

4.5. Referral Stars may be used only to pay for a subscription in the Service. They are not money, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be withdrawn.
4.6. Each batch of bonus Stars is valid for 60 calendar days from the date of crediting. Unused Stars are forfeited after that period.
4.7. If the referee's payment is refunded, the bonus previously credited to the referrer is not reversed.
4.8. Abuse: self-referrals and use of multiple accounts to earn bonuses are prohibited and may result in suspension.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy, available via the Bot and on this website.
6.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of ingredient recognition or recipes and is not liable for indirect damages or lost profit.
6.2. The User is solely responsible for complying with local law (including food safety) when using the recipes.
7.1. The Operator may change these terms. The current version is published in the Bot and on this page. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance.
7.2. The law of Spain applies. Disputes are resolved under applicable law.
